a) has color b) isnt about some tragedy youve survived c) isnt overtly political d) doesnt involve the plight of animals

Using my old twin lens Mamiya C 330 I continue to work with the concept of the retablo as a way to document my experience working at an animal hospital and the often painful and always poignant attachments I form with the homeless animals. There is beauty in that, I think. This new work is dedicated to Tucker.
